Welcome to PureBio Remediation LLC (“PureBio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

PureBio Remediation provides professional biohazard cleanup and remediation services, including:

• Crime and trauma scene cleanup

• Unattended death and decomposition cleanup

• Hoarding and gross filth remediation

• Vehicle decontamination

• Infectious disease disinfection

• Bodily fluid and blood cleanup

• Odor and waste removal

All services are performed in compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.

PureBio is not a medical, environmental testing, or structural repair provider.

3. Estimates, Quotes, and Payment

• Estimates: All price quotes are based on preliminary assessments and may change after on-site inspection.

• Approval: No work will begin without written or verbal client authorization.

• Payment: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted Payments: Cash, check, and major credit cards. Insurance claims may be accepted with prior arrangement.

• Late Payments: Past-due balances may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee and collection costs if applicable.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe, lawful access to the affected property or vehicle

• Disclosing any known hazards (e.g., sharps, chemicals, structural damage)

• Removing personal items or valuables before cleanup begins

• Avoiding restricted areas during and after cleanup until cleared by PureBio staff

PureBio may refuse or delay service if unsafe or non-compliant conditions exist.

5. Health and Safety

Our technicians follow OSHA-compliant biohazard handling, PPE, and decontamination procedures.

We maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications.

Clients and occupants should not enter work zones until cleared by our team to prevent health risks.

6. Insurance and Liability

PureBio Remediation LLC carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or contamination not visible before service

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Health effects arising from post-service contamination

Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service performed.

7. Service Limitations

Unless specifically stated in your agreement, PureBio does not provide:

• Structural or cosmetic repairs

• Mold or asbestos testing

• Environmental laboratory sampling

• Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repair

We may recommend trusted third-party providers for these services.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Emergency or after-hours jobs may require a non-refundable deposit at scheduling.

PureBio reserves the right to charge a service fee for late cancellations or inaccessible sites.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

PureBio guarantees all work is completed to industry and safety standards.

However, we cannot guarantee complete odor removal, stain elimination, or

permanent results where contamination has deeply penetrated materials.

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, and logos—is owned by PureBio Remediation LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

Unauthorized use of our website or materials is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy

We value your privacy.

Any personal information collected through our website or contact forms is used only to communicate with you and provide services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
